About the role
We are expanding our global leadership team to appoint a strategic, data-driven Merchandising & Product Lifecycle Management Director. This pivotal role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and supply chain execution, drive global growth, maximize inventory efficiency, and scale our omni-channel ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities

Omni-Channel Assortment Strategy: Architect and optimize channel-specific assortments to ensure product relevancy across D2C, retail, marketplace, and wholesale, while driving SKU productivity and minimizing cannibalization.
•
AI-Enhanced Demand & Supply Planning: Lead the global forecasting process by synthesizing historical data and marketing calendars with predictive AI models to achieve industry-leading forecast accuracy across both component-level blanks and finished goods.
•
Inventory Lifecycle Mastery: Lead the transition of products from viral “New Arrival” moments to sustainable “Core” staples, using data-driven insights to trigger “vaulting” or promotional strategies that protect brand equity.
•
Strategic Allocation & Replenishment: Direct the flow of goods across global Distribution Centers and sales channels; optimize stock positioning to support “hyper-growth” markets and ensure high-heat collaborations reach the customer with maximum efficiency.
•
Commercial Governance: Maintain full accountability for the global Open-to-Buy (OTB) framework; proactively manage sell-through velocity and inventory turn using AI-powered BI dashboards to maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
•
Experience: >10 years in leading Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, or Commercial Planning for a global lifestyle, fashion, or high-growth D2C brand.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•
Tech Savvy: Deep proficiency in global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, advanced data visualization tools, and predictive AI/BI dashboard environments.
•
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate assortment and commercial strategy across global channels, regional offices, and executive leadership teams.
