Job Description
•
Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
•
Engage in high-quality research activities and publications in top-tier journals.
•
Supervise student projects and research, guiding them in integrating supply chain management theories and practical applications.
•
Contribute to the development of the Engineering Management Program curriculum.
•
Collaborate with industry partners to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world supply chain and logistics problems.
Qualifications
•
PhD in Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
•
Demonstrated excellence in research with publications in recognized journals.
•
Experience in teaching and mentoring at the university level.
•
Professional certification in CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM, or related areas is highly desirable.
•
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
