As Tribe Lead Global Infrastructure Networks, you will define the future of ING’s global network and connectivity landscape, driving the strategy and transformation of the platforms that enable secure, resilient and scalable ING banking services worldwide. You will form part of the Global Infrastructure management team. Global Infrastructure is the technology backbone of ING, providing the platforms, networks, cloud services, and core technology foundations that power digital banking across the world. Automation & Orchestration sits at the heart of this landscape, defining how infrastructure is designed, automated, secured, and operated at scale.
You will lead a global tribe of around 310 engineers and technology leaders. The tribe is responsible for the networking digital products that underpin employee access, third-party connectivity, firewalls, private networking and secure communication across ING. Together with senior stakeholders across technology, architecture, risk and business functions, you will drive standardisation, simplification and convergence across the global network landscape.
