This role involves providing specialized care for geriatric patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
•
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
•
Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with nurses, OT/PT, and physicians
•
Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines
•
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations
•
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques

Qualifications:
