About the role
MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for supervising all HSC and Referral Desk Staff and uphold that personalized medical services were given to all members.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises and monitors HSC and RD staff
• Ensures quality medical healthcare services are render to all members.
• Monitor and collate reports from all HSC and RD and submit to immediate superior on time,
• Handles and decide on concerns raised by Clinic and RD staff, resolves immediately and take appropriate action.
• Guide, coaches and motivates all clinic and referral desk staff.
• Monitor and evaluate clinic expenses and liquidation.
• Ensure that clinic equipment are functioning properly and calibrated on a regular basis.
• Ensure that clinic facility are well maintain. Facility that need repair are immediately endorsed to • Senior Supervisor and Manager.
• Monitor and report steerage.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
