Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
•
Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers
•
Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition
•
Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
•
Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible
•
Help service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys
•
Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately
•
Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks as needed
