About the role
Devsinc is looking for a skilled Senior Python Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, API integrations, system design, and building scalable, high-performance applications, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python backend development, preferably post-graduation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent English communication abilities, and experience working directly with international clients. This is a client-facing role requiring technical ownership, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced, services-based environment.
Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Python.
•
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
•
Collaborate directly with international clients to understand business requirements, lead technical discussions, propose solutions, and provide project updates.
•
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions.
•
Contribute to system architecture, technical design, development planning, and technical decision-making.
•
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
•
Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems to support business and application requirements.
•
Write clean, reusable, and testable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce software engineering best practices.
•
Take ownership of complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in Agile development processes.
