What You Will Do
•
Lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile; define scope, OKRs, and drive execution.
•
Manage KR→TW report transition and build unified end-to-end visibility.• Improve PDD and operational performance by removing defects and bottlenecks with LOC, hubs, linehaul, and sortation teams.
•
Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and turn insights into actions, owners, and SOP changes.
•
Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and hubs to solve problems and deliver structured recommendations.
•
Run simulations for network, volume, and cut-off changes to guide data-based decisions.
•
Identify risks, execute mitigation, and manage communication and change adoption.
•
Communicate clearly to all levels with concise narratives on options, risks, and ROI.
Basic Qualifications
•
6+ years in program/project management or analytics-driven operations in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
•
Strong SQL and data validation; proficient with Tableau/Power BI. Big data tools and Python are pluses.
•
Strong structured thinking and root-cause ability; convert ambiguity into action.
•
Executive-level writing/speaking; able to influence without authority.
•
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
•
