Roles & Responsibilities• Analyses business ideas and design concepts to prepare initial technical feasibility check in terms of functionality.• Elaborates detailed technical specifications for ideas/design concept to be presented to suppliers for quotation submission.• Selects the appropriate suppliers to participate in the tenders and provide briefing and technical details.• Evaluates supplier quotations from technical and prices point of view and provide recommendations for purchase.• Identify all the administrative and construction permissions needed to execute a project and defines the technical requirement to obtain the permissions.• Acts as Project Manager (or supervise the Project Manager) until the project is completed and commissioned to the corresponding Operation Manager.• Assures the all agreed specifications are met during the commissioning process.• Acts as point of contact with suppliers until the project is completed and delivered to the Park.RequirementsEducation:• Engineering or Architect Master DegreeLanguages:• Spanish• English at a proficiency levelComputer Skills: Microsoft, autocad.Experience:• Five years of previous experience as a: Project Manager, Head of work, or designer.Others:• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
