Role Overview:
We are seeking an Investment Specialist to join our Structured Credit team. The successful individual will focus on analysing and recommending structured finance investments across the capital structure from Investment Grade debt to Unrated instruments.
Role Responsibilities:
•
Modelling and evaluating investment opportunities in bespoke transactions across a diverse opportunity set (CMBS, Speciality Finance, CLOs, RMBS, etc).
•
Presenting findings to assist senior members of the team in making investment decisions.
•
Assisting senior members of the team with ad hoc tasks as required.
•
Liaise with internal stakeholders as required, including but not limited to: Compliance, Legal, Risk, Investment Committee.
•
Support any other investment opportunities and investment management activities for the Secured Finance Group from time to time as required.
Experience Required:
•
3+ years of experience at an asset management company or bank.
•
Strong investment analysis experience, with a background in the structured credit asset class.
•
Strong interest in Financial Markets.
•
Experience in Excel Modelling / VBA.
•
Familiar with Bloomberg / Intex.
•
