You will be responsible for the documentation required for the launch, restructuring and liquidation of investment funds administered by SSBIL, with a particular focus on Cayman Islands and other offshore investment fund structures. Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.

•
Support the structuring, restructuring and termination of investment funds.

Coordinate fund projects from initiation through implementation and completion, working with clients and relevant internal and external stakeholders, including external legal counsels and fund service providers.
•
Manage agreed project timelines, identify dependencies and outstanding items, and ensure appropriate follow-up and escalation.
•
Provide corporate and administrative services for relevant funds administered by the Bank.
•
Review, file and maintain fund documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and internal procedures.
•
Manage and follow up on invoices from external legal counsels.
