We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician for our brand-new affordable housing community, Villas on McQueen (157-units) in Chandler, AZ. If you’re ready to put your maintenance skills to work while helping keep a brand-new community safe, comfortable and well-maintained, we encourage you to apply today!
What You’ll Do:
•
Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
•
Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
•
Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
•
Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
•
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
•
Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
•
Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
•
Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers and residents.
What You’ll Bring:
•
Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
