Detailed Description:
•
The achievement of personal production targets.
•
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•
Adhering to the quality standards that have been laid out within the production cells.
•
Contributing towards maintaining the various metrics used to monitor the production cell’s performance.
•
Manufacturing product in line with the standard operating times for that product.
•
Identifying constraints within the production cell.
•
Working as part of a team but also autonomously.
•
Being capable of managing your own time and workload efficiently.
•
Using our SAP system to carry out various transactions as part of the manufacturing process.
