As a Workday HCM Manager you will lead client service workstreams focused on Workday Human Capital Management implementations and optimization, using your knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, HR analytics, and HR process improvement within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and take ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables while applying sound judgment to complex work.
