Develop and implement collection soft launch and official launch display proposals.

Create and execute exclusive display concepts tailored to the unique style, inspiration, and storytelling of each collection, ensuring a minimum of three rotations per collection.
•
Curate and maintain bespoke wardrobe displays for clients across dressing rooms and try-on suites to elevate the client experience.
•
Partner closely with the HOB understand business/client/operation needs, adapting display strategies while balancing image excellence and commercial objectives.
•
Collaborate proactively with Boutique management team to strengthen VM storytelling through a strong commercial and client-centric mindset.
•
Analyze sales performance by category across collections and translate insights into relevant VM actions and display optimization opportunities within the Salon.
•
Leverage a deep understanding of Salon and Boutique uniqueness, integrating current fashion trends and business priorities into VM strategies and executions.
•
Participate in VM buying and assortment planning for each collection in partnership with the VM Manager.
•
Build effective cross-functional partnerships with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing and PR teams, providing constructive recommendations, anticipating potential challenges and ensuring successful execution of all activities and events.
•
Lead end-to-end project execution, including preparation, implementation, progress monitoring, post-project review and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Visual Merchandising experience in luxury retail or fashion industry over 5 years.

Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Good understanding of retail business and client experience.
