Experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (expert)
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules (expert)
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (intermediate/expert)
Experience with building and deploying GenAI enabled Agentforce workflows leveraging out of the box prompts and templates with human‑in‑the‑loop controls (beginner)
Strong data foundation knowledge. Familiarity with data warehousing and streaming technologies with experience in developing solutions to support large-scale data and analytics applications on cloud platforms such as Snowflake is highly desirable (intermediate/expert)
Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across multiple projects
Proficiency with delivery tooling (Rally, dashboards) and SDLC governance (intermediate/expert)
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Platform Developer) strongly preferred
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce (e.g. Copado)
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud
Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating retrieval mechanisms with language models on AWS / GCP platforms is a plus
Experience in processing and leveraging unstructured data for AI applications is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Development:
•
