Job Title:
About the role
Assistant Energy Project Manager
Company:
Prologis
A day in life
The Assistant Project Manager (Execution) supports day-to-day delivery of solar EPC projects in Brazil, helping keep project activities coordinated, documented, and progressing against established schedules and budgets. This role works closely with contractors, utilities, suppliers, CET teams, engineering, construction, market teams, Owner’s Engineers, and accounts payable stakeholders. The role provides hands-on execution support across project coordination, vendor oversight, site activities, reporting, and closeout, enabling other execution team members to focus on broader strategic and regional priorities across LATAM. Regular travel to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro is required to support project execution and site needs.
Key responsibilities include:
· Coordinate day-to-day execution activities for solar EPC projects, working with contractors, utilities, suppliers, CET teams, engineering, construction, and market stakeholders.
· Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress against established baseline assumptions, escalating execution risks and follow-up needs.
· Support pre-mobilization readiness by tracking permits, site access, safety plans, checklists, and other identified pre-construction requirements prior to mobilization.
· Conduct and support site inspections and punch-list activities, coordinating with Owner’s Engineers before and during installation.
· Manage execution documentation and follow-up activities, including RFIs, as-built documentation, engineering deliverables, meeting notes, project files, and version control.
· Track invoices, change orders, payment applications, budgets, and procurement items for accuracy, and support forecasting activities with accounts payable stakeholders.
· Prepare weekly project status reporting and support standardized reporting templates, dashboards, execution workflows, closeout processes, and handoffs to operations.
