What You’ll Do
•
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
•
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
•
Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions
•
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
•
Accurately document work using ServiceTitan
•
Maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day
What We’re Looking For
•
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
•
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
•
Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
•
EPA Universal Certification
•
Valid driver’s license
•
Excellent customer service and communication skills
•
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
