Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to provide application development support for an enterprise program at Joint Base Andrews. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
•
Provide full spectrum support for ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government defined business processes approved by the Government PM.
•
Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and Government business requirements.
•
Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
Qualifications
7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must hold the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
