What you’ll do
Reporting to the Head of Video, you’ll work across our portfolio of channels. You’ll be responsible for the design and creation of our video packaging across YouTube and social media platforms. You’ll collaborate with teams to translate video topics and scripts into compelling and engaging thumbnails, pitch thumbnail concepts and video ideas, and analyse data from YouTube studio and study A/B test results to build a strong understanding of what works for our audience.
You’ll research both our direct competitors and the wider YouTube landscape to discover trends and best practices and bring those learnings to our content. You’ll source, edit and enhance images using professional editing tools to produce high quality artwork, create template and visual styles that other members of the team can use as well as other graphic design tasks such as creating templates for social media posts, poster designs and more.
