About the role
Position Description
The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, data governance, reporting, and process enhancement initiatives across the Wealth Management product platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure efficient product management, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibilities
•
Oversee daily operations and maintain the product database for all wealth management offerings, including bonds, funds, structured products, and wealth planning services, ensuring accurate classification and data integrity across systems.
•
Prepare product transaction data and management reports, including sales and business performance analysis, to support decision-making and business growth.
•
Maintain accurate records for all wealth planning products and referral business activities, and monitor the utilization of services provided by other business lines.
•
Identify operational inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and control gaps, and recommend process enhancements or automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
•
Partner with technology team and relevant stakeholders to implement system enhancements, optimize workflows, and improve operational controls and data quality.
•
Manage invoicing and revenue recognition processes for wealth management products and services, including reconciliations and reporting support.
•
Act as a key liaison between business, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to resolve product-related issues and support cross-functional initiatives.
•
Prepare daily trade reports and support regulatory reporting, file and submissions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•
Participate in ad hoc projects, business initiatives, and assignments as required.
