BE Tool Maitenance Engineer
Maintains and troubleshoots back-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment:
Provides daily production equipment support, fault finding and repair of production equipment and related systems.
Responsibilities
Responds to sudden troubles.
Responsibilities:

Improve stable operation of existing equipment.

Implementation of preventive maintenance (PM).
•
Respond to sudden troubles.
•
Email communication and documentation when responding to problems.
Expected Background:

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.
