Pay Range: $11,0075 per year - $142,450 per year
Benefits
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo’s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village, located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping & renovation projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, fire protection, and safety systems. A strong financial acumen is needed. Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desired.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead multi-site operations with the autonomy to shape service excellence and team culture
•
Collaborate directly with clients to build partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention
•
Manage, mentor, and grow a diverse team of managers and frontline employees
•
Play a key role in achieving and exceeding financial goals through effective planning and execution
•
Work across multiple service areas, bringing creativity and innovation to everyday challenges
•
Gain exposure to strategic planning, resource management, and leadership development
•
Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work creates meaningful impact every day
Qualifications
What you’ll bring

Experience leading food service or multi-service operations, with a strong grasp of both front-line execution and strategic oversight
•
Skillset to build and sustain high-performing teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and support employee retention

Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving operational efficiencies that contribute to performance goals

Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on service excellence and solution-oriented thinking

A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering results, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement across diverse service lines
