Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, automation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of test benches, equipment, and robots within the Maintenance and Production Workshop.
You will lead root cause analyses of bench and equipment failures, identify and implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
You will also be responsible for establishing the necessary equipment, tools, and resources for new repair and production lines. This includes working closely with the Central Engineering team to define technical requirements and participate in technical discussions. You will liaise with suppliers and oversee equipment realization, delivery, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
Requirements:
•
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
•
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, preferably within a high-technology manufacturing or production environment.
•
Experience in new equipment/bench setup, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
•
Project Management experience is an added advantage.
•
