Role Details
Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $150,000–$220,000based on levelin addition to equity & benefits

Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. B2B software is notoriously clunky. We believe it should be delightful, intuitive, and joyful.

What You’ll Do
•
Own the entire product design process: user journeys, interaction design, and visual language.
•
Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products.

Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI.
•
Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week).
