As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for consulting and technical roles. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and consulting positions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements
