NIGHT (United States of America)
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Sets-up and operates the Multivac machine by making adjustments to ensure safety to the team members while efficiently producing quality product.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1.
Responsible for Multivac machine set-up and shutdown, change overs/line clearance, and adjustments.
2.
Maintain records and documentation, as needed.
3.
Operate computer-controlled equipment.
4.
Utilize off-line measuring devices to check seal integrity.
5.
Determines when to contact Maintenance Department for additional technical assistance.
6.
Communicates with team members and supervisor on issues such as safety and production goals.
7.
Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of work-related experience.
• At the Corporate site, if this position is on a Spanish-language line, bilingual (English/Spanish) basic speaking, reading and writing skills must be demonstrated.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery problems.
• Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
• Ability to work well as a team member.
