About the role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management at our project site. You will oversee all aspects of the work, ensuring quality and safety and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Duties and Delights
•
Overseeing all activities and work at the project site to ensure compliance with the project plan and schedule.
•
Determining the workforce and other resource requirements for the project and efficiently managing resource allocation.
•
Ensuring the quality of work meets established standards and monitoring the progress of work regularly.
•
Managing the project budget, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize expenses.
•
Communicating effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and management regarding the project’s progress and emerging issues.
•
Expanding our contractor partners and technical capabilities of our contractor partners.
•
Performing KYB tests with our contractor partners.
Requirements
•
