Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manual Tester with AI exposure with 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, execution, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own end-to-end testing activities for assigned features, enhancements, and releases.
•
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios.
•
Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
•
Validate backend data and business logic using SQL queries.
•
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
•
Investigate production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis.
•
Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency, documentation, analysis, and quality outcomes.
•
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
•
Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline test documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management.
•
Promote an AI-First Quality Engineering approach by improving QA processes through intelligent testing practices.
•
Mentor junior team members and promote a quality-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
•
7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong manual testing expertise.
•
Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
•
Strong experience in requirement analysis, test execution, defect management, and production support.
•
Experience testing web-based and enterprise applications.
•
