About the role
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead to join our team. As Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of SFCC-based e-commerce solutions for our diverse portfolio of client brands. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client goals and objectives.

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of e-commerce solutions for various client brands.
•
Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and recommend technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects.
•
Proactively identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement effective resolutions to optimize client outcomes.
•
Stay updated on SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
•
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution and delivery.

5 years of experience in developing and customizing SFCC-based e-commerce solutions, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.

SFCC Developer certifications are a plus.
