Responsibilities:
Analyzing Business Opportunities:
•
Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, presenting findings to senior management for approval.
Developing & Maintaining Financial Models:
•
Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core components such as power, water, and telecoms.
Creating Presentations:
•
Collaborating on the creation of high-quality presentations for senior management, utilizing both financial data and visual aids to effectively communicate insights and updates.
Supporting Strategy Development
•
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for both existing and new businesses, under the guidance of senior team members
Investor Relations Management
•
Assisting in maintaining investor information memoranda for real estate and other projects, helping to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Participation in Deal Origination & Execution:
•
Supporting deal origination and execution processes, contributing to various stages as directed by more experienced team members.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, CS or a related field.
•
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
•
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
•
Familiarity with valuation methods and principle
•
Accounting knowledge, with an understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
