About the role
The Sr. Production Team Member coordinates daily production activities and workforce allocation within the assigned area, ensuring material availability, adherence to safety and quality requirements, and serving as the first point of contact for operators. This role supports escalation of production issues and the training and development of team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Line / Production Duties
As this role also works on the production line as a team member, it performs the same hands-on tasks as a Production Team Member, including:
•
Insert and remove materials/components into and out of machinery as required.
•
Confirm good parts, rejected parts, and parts requiring rework.
•
Confirm machine cycle time and downtime, including reasons for deviations, in the defined ERP system.
•

•
