mimic robotics is a frontier physical AI company building the full stack of general-purpose dexterous manipulation. Founded in 2024 by ETH Zurich researchers, mimic pioneered Video-Action Models for robotics while also developing in-house dexterous hand hardware. About the role
As a Robotics Engineer, Model Deployment, you will bring mimic’s AI capabilities to new robotic platforms and customer environments. You will work directly with robotics customers to integrate our models, optimize their software and robotics stack, and drive the technical changes required for successful deployment.
Working across AI, robotics, and software, you will own technical integrations from initial planning through deployment. You will also help build scalable tooling and workflows that make our AI capabilities easier to deploy, monitor, and improve across different robotic platforms
Responsibilities
•
Integrate and deploy mimic’s AI models on different robotic platforms and hardware stacks
•
Adapt our software, training, and deployment stack to new robots, sensors, and environments
•
Work directly with customer engineering teams to integrate and optimize their robotics stack
•
Diagnose AI, software, and robotics integration issues and drive them to resolution
•
Build scalable tooling and workflows for deploying, monitoring, and improving our models
•
Define technical requirements and implement features that improve model productization
•
Own deployment planning and execution, coordinating across customers and internal teams
•
Translate deployment learnings into improvements for our AI, robotics, and product stack
•
Track deployment performance and communicate progress and technical risks to stakeholders
Requirements
•
