Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Billing team.

This position reports to the Corporate Manager of Billing. This role is onsite and is based in our Somerville, MA, office.
Responsibilities:
•
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase
orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)
•
Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders
•
Working with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing
•
Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in
accordance with contract terms and company policies.
•
Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules
•
Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy
•
Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
•
Work with New England Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.
