The Senior Legal Counsel: Infrastructure and Construction is a senior member of the Legal team, responsible for providing strategic, commercially focused legal support across Firmus’ operations, infrastructure, procurement and supply chain activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders on complex legal, commercial and operational matters, helping the Company identify opportunities, manage risk and execute on its growth strategy.
Working closely with teams across procurement, projects, operations, development, energy and commercial functions, the Senior Legal Counsel will support the contracting, delivery and operation of critical infrastructure that underpins Firmus’ AI Factory platform. The role will lead legal support for significant commercial and project-related arrangements, negotiate complex agreements and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical legal expertise with commercial judgment, a collaborative approach and the ability to operate autonomously across a broad range of matters.
