The IT Associate supports the bank’s technology operations, systems, infrastructure, and information security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient banking services. The role assists in maintain IT systems, resolving technical issues, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with bank’s IT policies and regulatory requirements.
May work in areas such as: Cards, System Administration, Network & security Engineering, IT Governance, and IT Security & Access Management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information Technology , Computre Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant IT experience.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
