As Daniels continues to expand, DPG is building an internal construction team responsible for maintaining, improving, and protecting our facilities.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Construction & Maintenance Specialist to support construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our national property portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong construction trade background who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping deliver high-quality projects.
What you will do
•
Perform general building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.
•
Complete special projects across the Daniels property portfolio.
•
Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or repair needs.
•
Coordinate subcontractors and assist with project planning and scheduling.
•
Support preventative maintenance programs and respond to facility maintenance issues.
•
Assist with roofing and other capital improvement projects as needed.
•
Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards.
•
Travel extensively throughout the United States.
What we are looking for

5+ years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience.
•
