America’s Got Soccer is South Florida’s premier indoor soccer facility, offering a variety of events and programs for all ages. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Birthday Party Host to create memorable celebrations, manage bookings, and enhance event experiences for our guests. There are part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
•
Sales-oriented, with experience in upselling and lead management
•
Previous experience in event hosting, sales, or hospitality is a plus
•
Availability on weekends
•
Ability to multitask and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
•
Sales & Booking: Manage the birthday party sales process, including:
•
Contacting and following up with prospective clients from lead lists
•
Assisting customers in selecting packages and securing bookings
•
Preparing and finalizing birthday party agreements
•
Upselling additional packages and add-ons to create a personalized experience
