Evolve the Offering: Shape and continuously evolve the Product Vertical value proposition, including its service structure, delivery formats, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable tools.
Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to product definition, experience design, MVP implementation, and activation.
Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, create compelling pitches, and win strategic projects. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.
Lead and Develop the Team: Lead an established multidisciplinary team across Product Management & Design, Digital Strategy and UX/UI Design. Support professional development, strengthen collaboration, define quality standards, and identify future capability and hiring needs.
Execute and Deliver Projects: Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects in parallel, managing the operational Consulting and Delivery teams involved. Act as executive sponsor and senior point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery quality, budget control, commercial performance, and measurable business outcomes.
Drive the growth and development of the Product Vertical by combining offering development, commercial support, team leadership, and delivery excellence.
The Product Lead will also contribute to evolving Plain Concepts’ consulting model, strengthening its market positioning, and delivering meaningful business impact for clients.
1. Sales & Business Growth (30%). Support the growth of the Product Vertical by identifying opportunities and shaping relevant consulting engagements.

Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
•
Lead or support proposals, pitches, workshops, and RFP processes.
•
Define project scope, delivery approach, team needs, pricing, and margin estimates.
•
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
•
Identify cross-selling, upselling, and follow-on opportunities.
2. Vertical Strategy, Value Proposition & Methodology Development (20%): Continue developing the positioning, services, and methodologies of the Product Vertical.
•
Evolve the vertical’s value proposition & go-to-market in line with client needs and market developments.
•
Develop practical delivery frameworks, methodologies, templates, and reusable assets.
•
Ensure that Digital Strategy and UX/UI Design capabilities are effectively represented in the offering.
•
Create and maintain relevant commercial materials, case studies, and service descriptions.
•
Identify capability and hiring needs in collaboration with Talent and Leadership.
3. Project Definition & Delivery Excellence (50%): Ensure the successful definition and delivery of strategic consulting projects.
•
Define and scope client engagements according to their business objectives.
•
Translate business challenges into clear product opportunities and delivery roadmaps.
•
Build and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams with other Plain Concepts units.
•
Provide senior guidance during key project phases, from discovery and validation to design, MVP delivery, and activation.
•
Monitor delivery quality, client satisfaction, budget, margin, and project risks.
•
Act as senior point of contact and escalation point for strategic client engagements.
•
Capture relevant knowledge and reusable assets to improve future delivery.
