Role overview
AI agents are changing how software is built and how organizations operate. At Osedea, we’re exploring that potential through real projects, building intelligent systems that can reason, use tools, interact with existing software, and execute complex workflows.
We’re looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer who can turn these capabilities into reliable, production-ready solutions for our clients.
You’ll design and build agentic systems, tackle complex technical challenges, and help shape how we develop AI-powered software. You’ll work closely with software developers, AI specialists, designers, and clients to move ideas from experimentation to production.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving unfamiliar problems, making thoughtful architectural decisions, and helping others grow.
Your key responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic platforms & workflows for complex business challenges.
•
Architect systems that combine agentic harnesses, LLMs, tool calling, external APIs, enterprise data, and existing software applications.
•
Build agent orchestration workflows, including state management, context engineering, memory, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
•
Define and implement evaluation, testing, observability, and monitoring practices to ensure agent reliability, performance, cost, and security.
•
Make architectural decisions that balance autonomy, predictability, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
•
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
•
Take ownership of technical delivery, from solution design and prototyping through deployment and continuous improvement.
•
Evaluate emerging models, frameworks, and development approaches, and help determine where they bring meaningful value.
•
Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the evolution of Osedea’s Agentic AI development practices.
