Role Summary
As a Sustaining Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the continued success of high-volume consumer electronic products after mass production launch. You will drive mechanical optimization, cost reduction, derivative product development, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong ownership, collaborative spirit, and the ability to improve product quality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness using rigorous engineering methods.

Cost Optimization
Analyze, optimize, and implement improvements to mechanical costs in mass production, actively championing cost reduction projects.

Address and resolve products quality issues in manufacturing, utilizing scientific approaches to continually improve design for manufacturing, performance, quality, and cost.
