Asegurar y coordinar los procesos de capacitación y competencia técnica del personal, mediante la ejecución del Plan Anual de Capacitación, la evaluación de competencias y el control documental, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normatividad aplicable, los Procedimientos Normalizados de Operación (PNO) y el desarrollo de las competencias requeridas para contribuir al desempeño y la continuidad de la operación.
