What It’s Actually Like to Work Here
We move fast and we expect ownership. The team is mission-obsessed, lean, and unafraid to roll up our sleeves. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team on decisions that shape the company. We celebrate wins, learn from misses, and protect each other’s energy along the way.
This is a hands-on-keyboard growth role. You will own Arketa’s paid acquisition engine, primarily Meta and Google, and you will be in the accounts yourself: building campaigns, testing creative, reading the data, and deciding where the next dollar goes. You are not managing people who do the work. You are doing the work, with a small pod of specialists pointed at the same number.
Today our channels are working. Your first job is to make them sharper and more efficient, then figure out what the next channel is before we need it. You’ll set the acquisition model, run the experiments, and make the call on where we press and where we pull back.
The way you work matters as much as your track record. We expect AI to be part of your daily practice: analyzing performance data, generating and iterating ad creative, building target lists, and automating the workflows that would otherwise eat your week. We would rather hire one operator who is heavily leveraged by tooling than three people who are not.
Arketa is the only platform in our space with marketing, referral and gamification, and payroll and accounting all built fully in-house. We’re going deep on vertical AI, embedding intelligence across the platform so wellness operators can automate the busywork and focus on growth. We have product market fit and brand awareness compounding fast. We need someone who can turn that momentum into predictable, measurable pipeline.
This role is hybrid 3-days to our NYC (NoHo) office.
You’ll direct a small, focused group and have real authority over its shape:
•
Two fractional channel specialists, one on paid social and one on paid search
•
A marketing manager who owns our gifting program
•
A partnerships and events manager
