•
Coordinate the onboarding of new merchant partners, including pre-onboarding checks, registrations and setting up partner profiles, stores, user access and products in our systems.
•
Guide and train partners on our products and processes, preparing relevant training materials and supporting partner activation and reactivation initiatives.
•
Prepare and review monthly sales reports, partner invoices and cooperation agreements, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records and documentation.
•
Collaborate with teams across departments and markets to resolve partner queries, integration challenges and system-related issues.
•
Manage ongoing updates to partner information, product configurations and user access.
•
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to testing and implementing new processes and operational improvements.
What will help you succeed in this role
•
1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales administration, partner support or a similar role.
•
Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
•
A confident and proactive communication style, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and colleagues.
•
Strong problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.
•
Confidence in working with different systems and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
•
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Czech and English.
What you’ll get in return
•
Wellbeing support through the Pluxee benefits card.
•
5 additional vacation days to give you more time to rest and recharge.
•
A 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank, recognising your long-term contribution.
•
A dynamic and supportive work environment where you can take ownership, develop your skills and grow professionally.
•
A flexible hybrid working model built on trust, autonomy and accountability.
•
The opportunity to work with talented international colleagues and collaborate across different teams and markets.
•
Regular company and team events to connect, celebrate successes and enjoy time together.
