You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for students who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn from a team that wants to help you grow.
Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical technology, automation, instrumentation, engineering technology, electrical engineering, business, or a related field.
• Interest in estimating, construction, electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, or automation
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow defined processes
• Willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and work as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools is helpful
• Familiarity with drawings, electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, VFDs, or basic electrical calculations is helpful—but not required
Based in either the Sioux Center, Iowa, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota, office
