Purpose & Impact:
Gain hands-on experience supporting Athene’s derivative investment and hedging strategies within the Derivative Operations team. The Derivative Operations team manages trade processing, collateral management, settlements, data management, investment accounting support, and legal documentation.
As a Finance Co-op, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, internal teams, and external trading partners while balancing daily operational responsibilities with process improvement projects. You will also gain exposure to AI and emerging technologies, with opportunities to use approved tools to analyze information, streamline routine work, and support operational improvements.
