Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Global Engineering functions to accelerate product launches and manufacturing readiness.
Lead development and deployment of advanced manufacturing equipment and automation solutions, support the site’s automation roadmap, including labor efficiency, quality improvement, and programmatic savings initiatives, while also ensuring robust equipment design, qualification, validation, and transfer to manufacturing.
Drive development of manufacturing processes for new products and technology platforms, provide technical leadership for industrialization strategies and manufacturing transfers, support execution of strategic programs and new product introduction projects.
Drive performance through quality, delivery, cost and innovation metrics, while also establishing strong governance and execution rigor for engineering projects.
Champion continuous improvement and best practice standardization.
