At the core of Craft is the user experience which is built with love and driven by deep collaboration across design, engineering, product, and our community.
We’ve cracked challenges which no other company in this field dared to take on. From enabling feature parity across mobile, tablet and desktop while providing a tailored experience for each platform, to providing seamless and blazing fast sync across all devices, while being always available even without an internet connection. You can also use Craft as local-only software, or benefit from our cloud sync and one-click sharing options, which ensure Craft users have true ownership of their work and data through our comprehensive and deep export capabilities.
These are the important foundations we continue to build upon. Building them wasn’t easy and took significant effort from our team. Nonetheless we’ve been pushing forward with addressing the requests of our community.
How we work & what we value
We’re looking for individuals who share this vision and are willing to go the extra mile in order to achieve this.
The majority of our team is based in Budapest, Hungary, with team members scattered around Europe. Every 6-weeks, we meet as a whole, in Budapest, Hungary to have 4-days of face-to-face time, intensive collaboration and casual team buildings. 🧑🤝🧑 🌏️

Product Growth (all level)
Location: Budapest, Hungary (hybrid) or remote in the EU with the first month onsite
This isn’t a PM role where you write specs and hand them off. You’ll figure out what to build, then help build it. You’ll run research, shape strategy, prototype ideas, analyze data, and work side-by-side with engineers and designers to ship.
We’re a small team doing what we believe is world-class work, and we hire people who want that same bar. You’ll use whatever tools help you move fast and think clearly, including AI tools where they genuinely help, but the work itself is about taste, judgment, and getting to answers that matter for our users.
We care less about your years of experience and more about how you think, explore, and make things happen.
Figure out what’s worth building - through customer research, data analysis, and sharp product intuition
Prototype and validate before anything gets built at scale
Use different tools (Claude Code, research agents, prototyping tools) to move from question to insight to testable idea - fast
Work hands-on with engineering and design, not as a ticket-writer, but as a collaborator in the work
Ship and measure, own outcomes, not just outputs
Product intuition with a high bar: you sense which problems matter, which solutions will actually work, and you’re not satisfied until something is genuinely good
User-first thinking: every decision comes back to whether it’s making someone’s life better, not whether it’s clever or shippable
Strong judgment: knowing what to trust, what to verify, and when to slow down and use your own head
Bias to action: you’d rather test a hypothesis than debate it, you prototype, ship small, and learn
Curiosity without boundaries: you’ll dig into data, talk to users, sketch interfaces, whatever it takes to get to the right answer
Comfort with modern tools: show us how you’ve used AI in your product work, for research, synthesis, prototyping, or analysis. We want to see how you think with these tools, not just that you use them
Ability to learn and adapt fast: new tools, new domains, new constraints - you figure it out
Comfort with ambiguity: you thrive when the path isn’t clear
