About the role
We’re looking for a Lead, Growth Strategy to join Snap Inc. In this role, you’ll design and launch high-impact programs focused on driving sustainable, retentive growth among Snap’s global Small and Medium Customer (SMC) segment—specifically for Brand Ads and Lead Gen verticals. Quarter-backing SMC organization’s overall strategy for Brand and Lead Gen Ads advertisers, this role will own SMC’s global retentive growth goals. And ensure that small and medium sized advertisers succeed by leveraging Snap to power their business’ growth.
The ideal candidate brings experience driving customer acquisition and retention outcomes (e.g., new advertiser activations, early revenue growth, or advertiser retention) and leading go-to-market or business development initiatives across multiple channels. They will develop, deploy and scale global growth programs that address the needs of small and medium businesses in their segment - via a test and iterate framework. The role will set and own strategic go-to-market roadmaps, with clear resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Marketing, Operations, Product, Advertiser Support, and Data Science).

What you’ll do:
•
Build and execute programs for Brand and Lead Gen Ads verticals globally to drive acquisition of medium-sized advertisers, while also supporting retention and revenue growth for new accounts.
•
Identify new growth opportunities using customer insights, product data, and market trends, and translate them into scalable acquisition and retention programs.
•
Plan, test and scale programs to grow adoption of business solutions across Snap’s platforms, driving experimentation and optimization across programs, campaigns, and in-product experiences.
•
Own brand- and lead gen- segment program strategies from ideation to goal attainment, developing business plans, customer and market insights, and analyzing program effectiveness.
•
Establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track against business growth goals and present results and recommendations based on program performance.
•
Lead functions like Data Science, Operations, Marketing, Customer Insights to analyze program effectiveness, design experimentation frameworks, adopt a test-and-learn approach into programs, and build customer-centricity.
•
Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives.
