Job Description
Position Overview:
The Manager provides strong leadership in collaboration with or in the absence of the UHBH Director. Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, the Manager leads a diverse team of master’s, bachelor’s, and non-clinical staff, all while promoting evidence-based practices. They make sure clinical services are documented accurately and on time, track performance improvements, and manage the financial aspects of the treatment team. The Manager also plays a key role in boosting department, program, and service line outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
•
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (for hires after July 1, 2023).
•
Licensure: Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (e.g., RN, Social Worker, Licensed Counselor).
•
Experience: Two years of experience, including at least one year in behavioral health.
•
Missouri Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
•
